    Examine what you're already carrying. Your strengths, your stories, your ways of showing up under pressure. You can't choose what to pack if you don't know what you've already got.

  • SORT IT OUT

    Some of it stays. Some of it served you then but won't serve you now. Boys who've moved before already know this — they've practised the edit. We help them do it with intention.

  • PACK WITH PURPOSE

    Add the tools you didn't know you needed. Emotional intelligence. Relational intelligence. The ability to show up fully and operate effectively — even when the ground is still moving.

THE EQ PASSPORT

Throughout EQuipped for Change, every boy builds his EQ Passport — a personal document that grows with him, session by session, across the full programme.

It's not homework. It's a record of self-knowledge: who he is, what he values, how he operates under pressure, and the tools he's adding to his kit. He owns it. THE 1:1 EDGE

For some boys, the group programme is just the beginning. 1:1 coaching goes deeper — working individually with your son through the specific challenges his transition brings, at a pace that suits him.

Sessions are built around the same EQ methodology as EQuipped for Change, with a coach who understands boys, transition, and the particular pressures of this age. Whether he's heading to boarding school, navigating a move, or simply carrying more than he's letting on, 1:1 coaching gives him a private space to think, reflect, and build the tools he needs — before he needs them.

EQuipped for Change was created by Ellie — educator, certified life coach, and someone who knows this territory from the inside.

After twenty years in schools, a Master's degree researching masculinity and identity, and life as an army spouse navigating repeated international relocations, Ellie brings something most programme creators don't: she hasn't just studied transition. She's lived it, in the same communities her students come from.

EQuipped for Change is the programme she wished had existed for the boys she's worked with, and for the families she's been part of.
