We've been underselling boys.

Not excusing them. Not condemning them. But genuinely underselling what they're capable of — as friends, as students, as future partners and fathers and citizens.

'Boys will be boys' sets the bar on the floor. The manosphere picks them up and points them in the wrong direction. Neither is good enough. TCP works with schools to raise the bar — through relationship education that actually lands with boys, building the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and relational skills that make them better students, better teammates, and better people.

Why this matters right now

The conversation about boys has never been louder — or more confused.

Schools are navigating the aftermath of Andrew Tate, the pressure of new RSHE requirements, and a generation of boys who are looking for identity in all the wrong places. TCP offers something different. Not a lecture about how boys should behave. A programme that starts where boys actually are — their sense of self, their values, their understanding of who they want to be — and builds from there. When boys feel more secure in themselves, the dynamic with everyone around them changes. With girls. With teachers. With each other. That's the work.

What We Offer

Choose one or build a bespoke package for full culture change

  • Making Good Eggs Workshops. In-person and online workshops for boys aged 11–18, delivered by experienced facilitators who know how to work interactively with this age group. Interactive school workshops that develop self-awareness and social and emotional skills. This learning creates a conducive culture for meeting statutory PSHE training requirements. Students learn to think curiously and critically about values, society, beliefs, friendships, conflict, consent, and identity. Ideal for Middle School.

  • EQuipped for Change — Coaching programmes to help boys navigate major transitions. Available for ages 11–15 and for Sixth Form leavers heading to university.

  • Staff Training & CPD. We train your pastoral team to continue the conversation after we leave. Because the most powerful thing TCP can give a school isn't a one-off session — it's a staff body that knows how to reach and relate to boys.

  • The Conneqted Mentor Programme. A structured peer mentoring programme for sixth formers, building the relational skills of your oldest students while creating meaningful support structures for younger boys.

What Clients Say:

“ We have seen a significant change in the way the boys interact with each other. It's also another layer of PSHE provision which is so useful given the scrutiny we are all under. ”

Sunningdale Prep School

“She has developed their self-awareness and empathy, enabling them to be wonderfully positive and supportive mentors. The programme has been a real hit and we simply could not have done without Ellie!”

Reading Blue Coat School

“Ellie's workshops were fantastic and extremely well-received by our pupils. She was imaginative in her delivery and utterly engaging, and most of all challenged the pupils to think for themselves.”

King's College School, Wimbledon

“Ellie is approachable and immediately put me at ease, meaning she had this amazing ability to get me to open up, so she can fully understand what I wanted to achieve. Her knowledge around her subject area and knowing when to push and challenge me, made me feel like I can achieve anything I put my mind to! I can’t thank or recommend Ellie enough.”
