What is the Conneqt Projeqt Foundation Course?

A comprehensive 40-lesson programme that builds your social and emotional intelligence, skills and mindsets through three core modules:

In this module you will develop the vital skills and mindsets of curiosity and critical thinking and discover how you have learned to operate in the world. Understanding how you’ve developed your personality, values, beliefs and more - and assessing whether they really serve you well - helps you build authentic relationships and make confident decisions that align with who you really are.

Conneqt with Emotions

In this module, you’ll learn to recognise, understand, and regulate your emotions while developing the skills needed to read others' feelings and respond with empathy and emotional intelligence. This skill will lead to greater success in both your personal and professional life.

Conneqt with Others

Develop the communication skills, boundary-setting abilities, and relationship awareness needed to create healthy, supportive relationships and social networks, both on and offline.

She delivered a brilliantly thought provoking presentation, based on her own research and experiences, which kick started our planning for the integration of girls into Year 7. Since then she has developed and led a highly impactful mentoring training programme for our Year 12 students, girls at first and now boys too, to support our first ever cohorts of Year 7 girls. By encouraging the students to reflect, she has developed their self-awareness and empathy, enabling them to be wonderfully positive and supportive mentors.
