Train Your Facilitator

The programme lead completes the online facilitator training (approx. 1.5 hours) to understand the MARS framework and delivery approach and feel confident about facilitating the activities and discussions.

Deliver the Programme

Run the ready-made training sessions with your mentors (2 workshops, approx. 4 hours) using either expert-led videos/teacher facilitated or teacher-delivered presentations. Assessment surveys are completed before and after training for mentors and mentees to monitor the impact.
